The Finnish part of the GSEA Student Entrepreneurship Competition will be organized in Lemminkäisenkatu 30, Turku on 1 February 2018. The organizer is Business-Academy. The previous winners are Smooth It (Irina Nurmi and Lina Toivonen in the picture) and A8 Entertainment (Tommi Pura).
Who can participate?
We are looking for a student entrepreneur or a team who has had a running business for at least six months with a turnover min 500 $ (450 €). Pitching is done by one person in English. The competition criteria are apart from the business idea the entrepreneur and their personality.
How to apply?
The application has already started and enrollment ends on 10 January 2018 in www.gsea.org/apply. Details will come to those enrolled by the deadline. Participation is free of charge.

The winner of Turku competition gets a grant to participate the global competition in Toronto, where the three first ones are awarded cheques of 5 000, 10 000 and 20 000 respectively.
